When home has got on top of you
Sometimes the post piles up, the washing never quite gets done, and one room becomes the room you keep the door shut on. Low mood, ADHD, grief, long hours or plain exhaustion can all do that. It happens to a lot of people, and it says nothing about who you are.
I work alongside you. You decide where to start, what stays and what goes. Nothing leaves without your say-so, and you can stop or pause at any point.
What a session looks like
- A free first chat, by phone or in person, about what feels hardest.
- Sessions of a few hours, in your home, at the pace that suits you.
- I aim to arrive within the window we agree; London traffic means I'll always tell you if I'm running late.
- Bags taken to charity or the tip if you want them gone.
Questions people ask
- Is this a cleaning service?
- Mostly it is decluttering and organising: sorting, deciding and making space that works. I also do gentle deep cleaning where it is needed, as part of the same work.
- Will you judge my home?
- No. I’ve seen it all and have my own lived experience of hard times.
- Do I need a diagnosis?
- No. You do not need to explain anything you do not want to.
- Can a family member book for me?
- Yes, but you stay in charge of your home and your things.
- How much does it cost?
- See prices, and ask about help with paying.
