what it costs

Simple, honest prices.

The first chat is free. Together we agree what matters most and how much time to book, and you only ever pay for the hours we actually work.

£45 an hour

£5 off every hour from the third

A session is at least 2 hours, so £90. Sessions, full days and ongoing support are all built from this number.

Free first visit

Free

In person or over the phone, no obligation, judgement free. We talk through what feels most urgent and plan what comes next together.

Book a full day · 6 hours

£250

A whole day costs a little less than the hourly rate, because we get more done in one go, and I make every hour count.

Two of us

£80 an hour

Some bigger jobs go better with a second pair of hands. £80 an hour covers both of us, and £75 from the third hour onwards. Always suggested up front, never sprung on you, and agreed together before we book the time.

When it can’t wait

£60 an hour

Sometimes a date lands on you: an inspection, a move, family coming to stay. Short notice means rearranging things, and evenings or weekends where needed, so it carries a higher rate. Same care, sooner.

Gentle ongoing support

from £130 / mo

Regular three-hour sessions (£130 each, with the third hour discounted), at whatever rhythm suits you: once a month is £130 a month, fortnightly £260, weekly £520. Pause or cancel any time.

Further afield

by postcode

I travel by public transport, and travel within 40 minutes of W13 is included wherever you are. Further out is nearly always possible: the extra travel time beyond that is charged at the usual £45 an hour, agreed as one fixed amount when you book, rounded down in your favour, never a surprise on the day. For genuinely far jobs a door-to-door taxi is sometimes quicker and kinder for everyone; when it is, I'll quote the taxi at cost instead. Send me your postcode and I'll give you a straight answer.

No price surprises for existing clients: your rate never changes mid-project, and any future rise comes with plenty of notice.

If the price is a barrier

A small number of community slots each month are held at a reduced rate for people whose circumstances make the full rate out of reach. There's no application form. Just message me. And there may be more help out there than you think: see help with paying for the funding routes worth checking.

Community partnership rate

Working with social workers, peer support workers, NHS / Recovery College / charity teams? Healing Spaces offers a community partnership rate for clients referred through these channels. Mention the referrer at booking.

your questions

Pricing questions, answered plainly

How much does decluttering cost in West London?
It's kept simple: £45 an hour, with £5 off every hour from the third onwards. The first visit is free. After that, a session is at least two hours, so £90, and a full day (six hours) is £250. You always know the cost of the time you book, you only pay for the hours we actually work, and every session is judgement-free and goes at your pace.
Is the first visit really free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and with no obligation, in person or over the phone. We talk through what feels most urgent and plan what comes next together.
How much does decluttering or deep cleaning cost?
The same rate applies, £45 an hour. Bigger jobs are planned together: we agree what matters most and how much time to spend, and you only pay for the hours we actually work. Move and transition support works the same way, by the hour; bigger moves often take a full day (6 hours, £250), sometimes more. Tell me what you are facing and we will work out where to start.
What does ongoing support cost?
Gentle ongoing support is regular three-hour sessions, £130 each with the third hour discounted, at the rhythm that suits you: once a month (£130), fortnightly (£260 / month), or weekly (£520 / month). You can pause or cancel any time.
Can you bring a second person for a bigger job?
Yes. Some jobs go better with two of us, and then the rate is £80 an hour for the pair, my rate plus £35 for the second pair of hands. From the third hour it's £75, the same £5 off my own time as always. A full day for the two of us (six hours) is £460. I'll always say up front when a job needs two, and we agree it together before we book the time.
How much will we get done in a session?
Honestly, I can't promise that, and I won't pretend to. Most people expect things to go faster than they do, and it's usually only once we start working together that the real size of a space shows itself. Sometimes the opposite happens and we fly through far more than we hoped. So instead of promising, we agree what matters most and how much time you want to spend, and I make every hour count. You pay for the hours we actually work, never more, and we never carry on past the time we agreed without talking first.
Can you help at short notice?
Often, yes. When a date has landed on you, an inspection, a move, a deadline, I'll rearrange what I can, including evenings and weekends where needed. Short-notice work is £60 an hour because of what it takes to move things around, and we still agree the priorities and the time together before we start.
Do you cover my area? Is there a travel charge?
I'm based in Ealing (W13) and travel by public transport. Travel within 40 minutes of W13 each way is included in the rates, which covers my regular patch: Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith, Acton, Brentford, Chiswick, Shepherd's Bush and more. Further afield is nearly always possible. Beyond 40 minutes each way, the extra travel time is charged at the usual £45 an hour, worked out from your postcode when we book, agreed as one fixed amount upfront, and rounded down to the nearest half hour in your favour, so being a few minutes over costs nothing. Outside London, train fares are added at cost. And for genuinely far jobs, sometimes a door-to-door taxi is quicker and kinder for everyone; when it is, I'll quote the taxi at cost instead. Either way it's one fixed amount, agreed before you book, never a surprise on the day. Send me your postcode and I'll tell you straight.
What if the price is a barrier?
A small number of community slots each month are held at a reduced rate for people whose circumstances make the full rate out of reach. There's no application form. Just message me. A community partnership rate is also available for clients referred through NHS, social work, or charity teams.
Do you charge by the hour?
Yes, and I keep it simple: £45 an hour, with a two-hour minimum per session and £5 off every hour from the third onwards (£40). The longer the session, the more we get done in one go, so a full day (six hours) is £250.
