Shop terms, kept human.
How buying from us works: what arrives when, and what happens if you change your mind or something is not right. Written to be read, not scrolled past.
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. Who you are buying from
The shop is run by Healing Spaces with Kari. If anything here needs a human, email kari@healing-spaces-kari.co.uk and a real person (Kari) will reply. These terms cover things bought from this shop; sessions in your home have their own terms on the main terms page.
2. Downloads arrive straight away, and what that means
When you buy a digital workbook, your download link appears on the screen and lands in your email within moments. By buying a download you are asking us to deliver it immediately, and the law says that once delivery starts, the usual 14-day change-of-mind window for online shopping ends. In plain words: once the file is yours, it is yours, and we cannot take a download back. If a file is broken, will not open, or is not what the product page described, that is a different matter entirely: email us and we will fix it or refund you.
3. Printed and posted things: 14 days to change your mind
For anything physical (the journal, the kits), you have 14 days from the day it arrives to change your mind, no reason needed. Just email us within those 14 days, then post it back to us within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the original delivery charge within 14 days of the item reaching us, to the card you paid with. Return postage is yours to cover. You are welcome to open and look at what arrived, exactly as you would in a shop; if an item comes back used or marked beyond that kind of looking, the law lets us reduce the refund to match, and we would rather tell you that here than surprise you later.
4. If something arrives damaged or faulty
Different rules, stronger ones, and they are on your side. If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days for a full refund, including postage both ways. After 30 days we will replace or repair it first, and refund if we cannot. A photo of the damage by email is all we need to get started; there is no form and no fuss.
5. Delivery times, honestly
Downloads: instant. The journal is printed just for you when you order, here in the UK, so allow up to two weeks door to door, though it usually arrives quicker. Kits are packed by hand by Kari and posted within a few working days. If your order feels like it is taking too long, email us and we will chase it for you.
6. The boring but important line
Nothing on this page reduces your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Where these words and the law ever disagree, the law wins, as it should.
