When the house has got on top of you, you don’t need a lecture or a skip. You need someone calm beside you, sleeves up, no judgement. I’m Kari, based in West Ealing, and I help people across the borough get their homes back, one manageable step at a time.
You don’t need to tidy first. There is nothing you could show me that I haven’t seen, or lived through myself. No tidying up before I arrive, no embarrassment, and nothing happens that you haven’t agreed to. 100% consensual support, start to finish.
Free initial consultation. Fully insured (£1m). DBS checked. Former NHS Lived Experience Professional. Trauma-informed.
You don’t need to tidy first
There is nothing you could show me that I haven’t seen, or lived through myself. I’ve struggled with depression for decades, and I know what a home looks like when you’ve had no energy left for it. So there’s no tidying up before I arrive, no embarrassment, and nothing happens that you haven’t agreed to.
This is the part most people worry about most, and it’s the part I want to take off your plate first. The state of the place is not a test you’ve failed. It’s the starting point we work from, together.
How it works
We start with a free initial consultation. No commitment, no form. We look at the space together, pick the smallest, most manageable corner, and make a start on it side by side. You see exactly how I work, and you decide what feels right next.
After that, sessions are booked when you want them. Most people start with one area and build a gentle rhythm from there. There’s no plan you have to sign up to and no minimum number of sessions. We go at the pace you set.
Decluttering across Ealing and the surrounding towns
I’m based in West Ealing (W13) and I cover the whole borough and beyond, in person. That means I come to you in Ealing, West Ealing, Hanwell, Acton, Greenford, Northolt, Perivale and Southall, and I reach across to Hounslow, Chiswick, Brentford, Isleworth, Feltham, Hammersmith and Fulham too, up to about an hour from W13.
Being genuinely local matters for this kind of work. I’m not running it from a desk in central London. I know the area, I can get to you, and the support is steady because it’s close to home for me as well as for you.
Why people in Ealing choose Healing Spaces
- Lived experience, not just training. Four years as an NHS Lived Experience Professional, two as a Recovery College Peer Trainer. Decluttering with someone who’s been there.
- 100% consensual support. Your home, your pace, your decisions. Nothing leaves without your say-so.
- Local and in person. Based in West Ealing (W13), covering Ealing, West Ealing, Hanwell, Acton, Greenford, Northolt, Perivale and Southall, and the wider West London area.
- Fully insured, DBS checked, trauma-informed. The practical reassurances, so the only thing left to think about is the home itself.
More than a cleaning company
A cleaning company tidies a room and leaves. I help you build the skills and the calm to keep it that way, while we sort it together. The work is as much about how the space makes you feel as how it looks. The aim is a home you can settle into, not a showroom that needs perfect maintenance to survive a hard week.
What it costs
Free initial consultation. Ongoing work is priced by the hour. I hold a small number of discounted slots each month for people for whom the full rate is out of reach. No application form, just a conversation.

FAQ
Is this the same as a cleaning company? No. A cleaning company tidies a room. I help you build the skills and the calm to keep it that way, while we sort it together. The work is as much about how the space makes you feel as how it looks.
What areas of Ealing do you cover? All of it, in person: Ealing, West Ealing, Hanwell, Acton, Greenford, Northolt, Perivale and Southall. I also reach the wider area, including Hounslow, Chiswick, Brentford and Hammersmith. Travel within 40 minutes of W13 by public transport is included; further out I come by minicab and the fare is passed on at cost, quoted by postcode. If you’re not sure, just ask.
What if I’ve tried before and it didn’t stick? That’s the most normal thing in the world. A one-off blitz rarely holds. We work at a pace that does, and we build simple systems that survive a bad day, not just a good one.
Do I need to tidy up before you come? No, and please don’t. There is nothing you could show me that I haven’t seen or lived through myself. The state of the home is the starting point we work from, together, with no judgement.
How much does decluttering cost? Free initial consultation. Ongoing work is priced by the hour. I keep a few discounted slots each month for people for whom the full rate is out of reach. There’s no application form, just a conversation.
Is it confidential, and is everything done with my consent? Yes. This is 100% consensual support. Nothing leaves your home without your say-so, nothing happens that you haven’t agreed to, and what we do together stays between us.
Ready when you are.
