I’m Karina Barboza (Kari), a professional organiser offering a decluttering service in London from West Ealing: decluttering, home organising, hoarding support and deep cleaning. I travel across the city, the first chat is free, and travel is agreed up front. I speak English and Spanish.
Let me be straight about where I’m based, because you deserve to know before you write to me. I live and work in West Ealing, W13. My regular patch is West London: Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith, Acton, Chiswick, Brentford and Shepherd’s Bush. If that’s you, I’m close by.
If it isn’t, that’s usually fine too. I also travel further across London, and I’ll come to you rather than expect you to come to me. More on exactly how that works below.
Who this is for
This is for you if your home has got on top of you in some way. That can look like:
- A room you’ve started avoiding
- Boxes still unpacked after a move
- A parent’s things after a loss, and no idea where to start
- Years of things building up until the thought of dealing with any of it is exhausting
- A home that works fine except for one or two areas that don’t
It’s especially suited to anyone for whom ADHD, low mood or overwhelm make home hard to manage, or who is facing a loss, a move or a big change.
More on hoarding support in London, ADHD-friendly decluttering in London and sorting a loved one’s home after a death.
You don’t need to tidy first, and there’s nothing to apologise for. I’ve been on the other side of this myself, so I know how hard it can be to let someone in.
How a session works
I work alongside you, not around you, with a gentle, trauma-informed approach (I hold trauma-informed training as well as lived experience). We usually take one small area at a time, and the decisions about your things are yours. Nothing leaves your home without your say-so. Or, if you’d rather, I can do the hands-on work while you decide.

A session is at least two hours, and within that we go at your pace. If a session feels too much, we stop. If you change your mind about something, we put it back. Breaks whenever you need them.
Some people want regular sessions, weekly or fortnightly. Others want one or two and then a pause. Both are fine.
Decluttering across London: where I work and how travel works

Here is the honest version:
- West London is my home patch. Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith, Acton, Chiswick, Brentford, Shepherd’s Bush. Travel here is included in my rates. More on decluttering in West London and decluttering in Ealing.
- Anywhere within 40 minutes of W13 by public transport is also included, each way. That covers a good stretch of London.
- Further afield is usually possible too. I come by minicab, door to door, and the fare is passed on at cost, with nothing added. It’s one fixed amount for your postcode, agreed and paid when you book, and refunded in full if the session doesn’t go ahead. It isn’t metered on the day.
So if you’re in north, south or east London, don’t assume it’s a no. Send me your postcode and I’ll tell you straight.
What it costs
Sessions are paid by the hour, with a two-hour minimum. The figures are on the pricing page, including how the minicab fare works for postcodes further out.
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Getting started
Send me a message with your postcode and a line or two about what’s going on. I’ll come back to you, we’ll have a free first chat, and you can take it from there at whatever pace suits you. Nothing has to be decided on the day.
Questions people ask
Do you cover all of London? Most of it, yes. West London is where I’m based, and I travel further by minicab at a fixed, at-cost fare agreed when you book. Send me your postcode and I’ll tell you straight.
Is travel extra? Within 40 minutes of West Ealing by public transport, no, it’s included in the rates. Beyond that, there’s one fixed minicab fare for your postcode, passed on at cost, refunded in full if the session doesn’t go ahead.
Do I need to sort things out before you come? No. You don’t need to tidy first. We start from wherever things are.
Are you insured and checked? Yes. I’m DBS checked, insured, and a member of APDO, the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers.
