About this printable

Inside: a zone by zone kitchen reset for one afternoon (about 3 to 4 hours, one zone at a time), cupboard by cupboard checklists (take out, let go, put back), a zone map worksheet, a fridge guide based on UK Food Standards Agency advice, a use-it-up list, a freezer inventory, a pantry stock list, a shopping list, and printable labels for pantry, freezer and spices (print on sticker paper if you like).

The main file is the colour version shown in the pictures (coloured cover drawing and art, coloured step circles). A low-ink copy of the same pages is included as an extra, for when ink is short. Both are the same 19 pages, each in A4 and in US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), laid out for each paper size. Instant download after checkout; print at home, for personal use. Nothing is posted.

Why this pack:

  • Friendly for ADHD and busy brains: short steps, lots of boxes to tick, one page at a time.
  • From the guide: "There is no need to do it all in one go. You can label one cupboard and stop there if that is enough for now."
  • Written for UK homes, in plain English.
  • Made to be enjoyed: colour drawings, sticker-style pages, and a low-ink copy for when ink is short.
  • Made by Kari, a professional organiser in West London. Kari has ADHD herself and made these the way her own brain works.

Illustrative mockup. Results vary with your printer, paper and one- or two-sided printing.

How to print, on any printer: everything works printed single-sided. For a booklet feel, print page 1 on its own, then the rest double-sided: if your printer prints both sides, choose two-sided, flip on the long edge; if it does not, print the odd pages, turn the stack over and put it back in, then print the even pages. The last page is a thank-you from Kari, with her free tools.
